What information do we collect for the Beta Program?

If you enroll in the mobile application (the “App”), you will be required to enter the following personal data fields: (a) name, (b) email address and (c) login password.

How do we store and use your information?

The personal data will be utilized to calibrate the mechanisms of the software allowing your progress to be tracked and files to be stored. The data will be stored in a closed database environment. We aim to improve the App’s offering by gathering feedback from the Beta testers. Users should expect to receive surveys and emails regarding their experience. In these instances, contact details connected to your account will be used. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We understand that Tester Registration may be considered Personal Data under European Union Global Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We endeavors to comply with GDPR including, but not limited to, (a) protecting your right to have Personal Data collected only after you have specifically taken action to approve the collection of your Personal Data, (b) the right to easily access a mechanism to withdrawal that approval and have your Personal Data promptly removed from our proprietary internal database, (c) using industry standard best practices to maintain care, custody, and control over the Personal Data we collect, and (d) reporting as prescribed by GDPR any breach of Personal Data within 72-hours of our discovery of such breach. We believe the nature and scope of the Personal Data it collects does not require the designation of a GDPR Data Protection Officer.

This Privacy Notice applies only to information collected by the Beta Program when you use the App. The Services may include links to third-party websites or platforms for your convenience, but we have no ability to control, and we are not responsible for, the privacy and data collection, use, and disclosure practices of third parties. The developer are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party, and your access to and use of third-party websites is governed by the privacy notices of those websites.
